Dear Media Representatives,<\/p>\n

The Public Institution “Center for Judical Prosecutorial Training of RS” (CEST RS) and The Public Institution “Center for Judical Prosecutorial Training of FBiH” (CEST FBiH), in cooperation with the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Pod lupom”, are organizing a seminar titled “Criminal Offenses Against Electoral Rights”<\/em> to be held on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday) in Tesli\u0107 at the Hotel Kardial (Nede Nedi\u0107a 1).<\/p>\n

The seminar will address the prosecution of electoral irregularities at the CIK BiH in the context of Amendments to the Electoral Law of BiH; judicial practice in prosecuting criminal offenses against electoral rights; the role of prosecutors and courts in addressing electoral fraud and criminal offenses in the electoral process; analysis of specific cases from the previous practice of prosecutors and courts; and the role of civil society organizations in detecting and reporting electoral irregularities.<\/p>\n

Media representatives may record footage of the seminar from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n

Statements for the media are scheduled for 1:00 PM in the room where the seminar is held.<\/p>\n
