The observers will monitor the pre-election period, Election Day and the implementation of the results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The observers are covering areas divided according to the Coalition&rsquo;s regional offices in Bijeljina, Banja Luka, Prijedor, Livno, Mostar and Sarajevo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The regional coordinators and long-term observers, employed by the Coalition \u201cPod Lupom,\u201c have begun their work.
