we inform you that the ‘Pod lupom’ Coalition will be conducting media activities in connection with the 2024 Local Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as follows:
On election day, the ‘Pod lupom’ Coalition will provide a press corner at the Holiday Hotel for press statements in addition to the planned media activities.
| IMPORTANT! | PLEASE SCHEDULE ALL MEDIA APPEARANCES FOR THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION, ELECTION DAY, AND THE DAY AFTER THE ELECTION (including studio appearances, live reports, and statements) NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 3, 2024.
The ‘Pod lupom’ Coalition will do best to respond to all media inquiries, and it is essential that we create a media engagement plan in advance. |
| INFORMATION FOR TV CHANNELS | Television stations planning to broadcast live and have a team in the press room can reserve a spot for their camera and test their equipment on June 4, 2024, and June 5, 2024, with prior notification to the Public Relations and Media Coordinator. |
| INFORMATION FOR PORTALS | We would like to inform journalists from online portals that, due to the high volume of activities on election day, we will respond to all requests for written statements after election day.
If you plan to report on the electoral process, please arrange telephone statements in advance for election day. |
We would like to highlight that, for the 2024 Local Elections, the ‘Pod lupom’ Coalition has engaged 55 long-term observers to monitor the electoral process across all municipalities and cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, 1,000 citizens will serve as non-partisan observers on Election Day.
The ‘Pod lupom’ Coalition will present the election day observation findings in real-time, following the media activity plan we shared.
