PLAN OF MEDIA ACTIVITIES FOR EARLY ELECTIONS FOR THE MAYORS OF THE CITIES OF BIHAĆ, TUZLA AND SREBRENIK AND THE MAYORS OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BRATUNAC AND VOGOŠĆA
Dear representatives of the media,
Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Pod lupom” will hold media activities in Tuzla at the Vertigos Hotel on the occasion of the 2023 Early Elections as follows:
05.02.2023. at 09:00 a.m. – Press release
05.02.2023. at 11:00 a.m. – Press conference
05.02.2023. at 4:00 p.m. – Press release
05.02.2023. at 9:30 p.m. – Press conference
06.02.2023. at 12:00 p.m. – Press release (Preliminary evaluation of the election day)
IMPORTANT: The Coalition “Pod lupom” will secure a press corner in Hotel Vertigos on election day for the purpose of making statements to the media, however, please arrange all media inquiries and guest appearances in advance with the PR of the Coalition “Pod lupom”, Hasan Kamenjaković via email pr@podlupom.org or phone 063 396 521 so that we can make a plan for media appearances and answer all media inquiries.
Also, if you plan to broadcast live media conferences or have a team in the media room, please let us know in advance at the same contact.
The “Pod lupom” Coalition will present the results of election day observation in real time in accordance with the above-mentioned plan of media activities.
