The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Pod lupom” held a citizen education event in Velika Kladuša on 17 and 18 September, focusing on the new electoral technologies that will be used in the 2026 General Elections.
Through a practical demonstration held in front of the Velika Kladuša Municipality building, citizens had the opportunity to learn about biometric voter identification, ballot scanners, the new ballot design, and the rules for correctly completing ballots.
The education event attracted significant interest, with a strong turnout over the two days. Citizens had the opportunity to try out the new technologies, ask questions, and learn more about the changes they can expect at polling stations.
By gaining hands-on experience with the new voting process, citizens were able to go through the key steps of the electoral process and receive explanations on the proper use of the new technologies.
