Coalition’s observers are deployed at 4 polling stations and there is also one mobile team in the field. Election Day commenced in accordance with the Election Law of BiH at the most of polling stations. Three polling stations were opened at 7:00 AM while at the polling station Jahorina – Hotel “Šator” (142B004) opening has been delayed for more than 15 minutes. All members of the polling station committee were absent from the polling station although they should have been present according to the regulations. This polling station, according to the regulations, will be opened longer, i.e. by the same time it was closed.
At no polling station there was no lack of election material; at all polling stations the ballot box was shown empty before the polling stations were opened. Also, there were no any symbols of political subjects at polling stations or within 50 meters from polling stations.
Early elections in the municipality of Trnovo RS are holding due to the death of the mayor elected in the 2016 Local Elections. The right to vote have 1409 voters. The Coalition “Pod lupom” invites political entities to respect electoral silence and invites citizens to vote as well as to report to the Coalition possible election irregularities on the phone number 060 340 4832. The next public announcement on voting and possible incident situations at polling stations the Coalition “Pod lupom” is planning to release at 15:00 PM.
