The Coalition “Pod lupom” today observe early elections for mayors/city mayors in all nine municipalities/towns in BiH.
In most polling stations, the Election Day commenced in accordance with the Election Law of BiH. A small number of election irregularities registered at certain polling stations. Non-partisan citizens observers of the Coalition “Pod lupom” are deployed at about 60% of regular polling stations. Also, there are seven mobile teams deployed in the field.
Preparations for the opening of polling stations generally went in accordance with regulations. The ballot box was shown empty and then sealed in all polling stations. Also, there was not recorded a shortage of any of the election material before polling stations were opened.
In one pooling station the marks of political subjects were not removed within a 50-meter radius from the polling station.
Most polling stations were opened on time with the exception of nine polling stations where registered lateness in opening for about 15 minutes.
By 09:00, the Coalition “Pod lupom” did not receive any notification of incident situations at polling stations.
The Coalition “Pod lupom” calls on all political subjects to comply with electoral rules and silence.
