Online Election Observation Manual is a kind of quick guide to identify irregularities while containing the list of necessary actions to be taken in order to sanction such actions and protect the election process.
The Election Observation Manual is a free Android app intended primarily to be used by accredited observers of political parties or NGOs but also by all citizens eager to learn more about the election process/ to take a more active part in protecting this basic democratic right of every citizen.
The application is showing election rules and procedures defined by the Election Law of BiH or other acts so that users can be informed on them in detail in order to be able to identify situations in which these are endangered.
In the second, more important, segment of the application all previously known violations of election rules during E-day are thematically addressed.
