NOTICE TO THE MEDIA: The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Pod lupom” on the occasion of the 2022 General Elections will hold media activities as follows:
*In extraordinary circumstances, minor deviations in the hourly rate are possible.
During the election day, the Coalition “Pod lupom” will periodically publish infographics about the course of the election process on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and if necessary, broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Coalition “Pod lupom” and the official Facebook page of the Coalition “Pod lupom” for timely notification of the findings of election day observation.
IMPORTANT: The Coalition “Pod lupom” will provide a press corner at the Hills Hotel on election day for the purpose of making statements to the media, however, media representatives are requested to arrange all media inquiries and guest appearances beforehand with the PR of the Coalition “Pod lupom”, Hasan Kamenjaković via e-mail pr@podlupom.org or phone 063 396 521 in order to prepare a plan for media appearances and that the Coalition “Pod lupom” would be able to respond to all media inquiries.
Also, if a live broadcast of the “Pod lupom” Coalition’s press conferences or reporting from the press room is planned, media representatives are requested to inform the “Pod lupom” Coalition earlier at the same contact.
We remind you that the “Pod lupom” Coalition, together with 85 civil society organizations and informal groups, hired 100 long-term observers of the election process and over 2,000 election day observers in all municipalities, cities, and Brčko District in BiH. The “Pod lupom” Coalition will present the results of election day observation in real time in accordance with the above-mentioned plan of media activities.
