Between 1 and 10 cases of voting without valid identification documents were recorded at three (3) polling stations.
The cases of voters being turned away from the polling stations because they were not on the excerpt from the Central Voters’ Register were recorded at more than 50% of the polling stations (up to 10 such cases).
The Coalition’s observers recorded family voting at two thirds of the polling stations (up to 10 cases of this type of irregularity). At 32% of the polling stations one person assisted multiple persons with voting in ballot booths.
At one polling station, the observers recorded long presence of unauthorised persons. In 4.2% of cases, the measures for preventing the Covid-19 spread were neither applied nor observed.
The Pod lupom observers were not allowed to monitor the election process at three (3) polling stations, and objections by the observers were recorded at nine (9) polling stations.
The Coalition “Pod lupom“ monitors the information on voter turnout. The registered voter turnout as of 2 p.m. is 38.1%, with margin of error +/- 0,96% on .95 percent confidence interval). This turnout is 2.9% higher than the turnout recorded at the same time in the November 15 local elections in BiH, which is encouraging.
