Seven civic, nonpartisan observers of the Coalition “Pod lupom” will be engaged to observe these elections so will be deployed at 5 polling stations, in one Mobile Team and Municipal Election Commission of the municipality of Trnovo.
Through its engagement in observing these early elections, the intention of the Coalition is to prevent possible abuses and frauds, ensure compliance with the BiH Election Law, and protect citizens’ votes.
The Coalition “Pod lupom” invites political parties participating in these elections to respect the election silence that starts 24 hours before the opening of polling stations and lasts until the polling stations are closed, and encourages and invites citizens to vote.
Irregularities noticed immediately before as well as on Election Day can be reported by the citizens on the phone number 060 340 4832.
We use this opportunity to remind you that the Coalition “Pod lupom” so far observed 2014 General Elections, 2016 Local Elections, seven early elections in seven municipalities, and repeated elections in municipality of Stolac. Elections in municipality of Trnovo RS are going to be eleventh elections observed by the Coalition to ensure free and fair elections. In addition to this, in order to advance electoral legislation, the Coalition sent its recommendations to Interdepartmental Working Group to change Election Law of BiH.
