In accordance with the Plan and Program of education of members of the bodies in charge for the implementation of 2022 General Elections, the Central Election Commission of BiH yesterday organized a training for the Presidents of Election Commissions of given basic constituencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The goal of the training was to professionally improve the knowledge of given presidents of Election Commissions so to successfully implement the 2022 General Elections with a focus on changes in norms in bylaws, changes in certain procedures and the introduction of new procedures.
The thematic units covered at the training were: Procedure book on Conducting Elections in BiH, Procedure book on Usage and Preparation of Excerpts from the Central Voters Register, Instruction on Types, Manner and Deadlines for Determining Polling Stations, Procedure book on Determining Qualifications and Procedure for Appointing Polling Station Committees, Instruction on Conditions and Procedures for Accreditation of Election Observers in BiH and Protection of Electoral Rights – Chapter 6 of the Election Law of BiH.
